CLEA
Technologies participates in AMBIOCAS program to develop
new green chemical processes |
| |
The EU FP7 program "Amine
synthesis through biocatalytic cascades" (AMBIOCAS)
brings together microbiologists, enzymologists,
chemists, engineers and process development experts
involved in research to develop the next generation of
green manufacturing methods for the chemical industry.
Besides CLEA Technologies, the project involves researchers from
the University of Manchester (UK), the University of
Graz (AU), Denmark Technical University (DK), Evonik
Degussa (DE), and the University of Groningen (NL).

New Protease CLEA formulations available |
| |
Our protease
CLEAs of alcalase, savinase and esperase are now
available in new formulations that are optimised for
specific conditions. CLEA-ST is our standard
formulation. CLEA-OM is optimised for use in organic
solvents or for the use with highly apolar substrates.
CLEA-UF is an ultra fine powder, that has shown
especially effective in surface modification, for
instance in wool treatment. Please refer to our
product list for more information on
these new formulations |

New CLEA from Papain available |
| |
We successfully
created our first batch of CLEA from the Papain enzyme
of commercially acceptable standards. Our R&D department
is still working on optimization of the CLEA and expects
an even more improved batch will be available soon.
Please contact our sales department if you are
interested in a sample or when you like any more
information on this Papain CLEA. |
